By accessing or using the FYC Connect mobile app or website (fycconnect.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Purpose of the Platform

FYC Connect is a non-profit community engagement platform created by Friends Youth Club to organize local youth initiatives, sports tournaments, blood donation registries, green drives, and civic issue tracking in Nagercoil and surrounding communities.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate phone and contact details during verification.
• Respectful Communication: All posts, event discussions, and community reports must remain civil, respectful, and free of abusive or unlawful content.
• Voluntary Blood Donation: Blood donation registry is strictly voluntary and life-saving. Misuse or prank calls to blood donors is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand

The names "Friends Youth Club", "FYC Connect", associated logos, designs, and content are the property of Friends Youth Club.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform and services are provided on an "as is" basis for community benefit without warranties of any kind. FYC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from platform usage.
