Friends Youth Club ("FYC", "we", "us", or "our") operates the FYC Connect mobile application and website (fycconnect.com). We are dedicated to protecting your personal privacy and providing a safe, transparent experience for all members, volunteers, and community participants.

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver community services, manage club events, and enable verified member communication:

• Account & Profile Information: Name, phone number, email address (if signing in via Google), and optional profile photograph.
• Authentication & Verification: Phone number verification data via SMS One-Time Passwords (OTP) and Google/Firebase Phone Number Verification (PNV) cryptographic tokens.
• Community & Activity Data: Volunteer participation, blood donor availability (only with your explicit opt-in), event registrations, and civic issues submitted.
• Device & Notification Data: Device token for push notifications (FCM) to deliver urgent community alerts and event updates.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify member identity and maintain secure access to club activities.
• To facilitate emergency blood donor connections when you have explicitly registered as a donor.
• To organize sports tournaments, community drives, and volunteer activities.
• To notify you of important community announcements and club updates.
• Zero Commercial Sale: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertisers.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored in secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Authentication sessions and sensitive tokens are protected using industry-standard HTTPS encryption and secure device storage.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your account and personal data. To request account deletion or data removal, you can contact the club administration at vrn2252@gmail.com. Upon request, personal profile data is deleted or anonymized, while non-personal audit logs or club administrative records may be retained as required for recordkeeping.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy Disclosure

FYC Connect's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you choose to sign in using your Google account:

• Data Accessed: We access only your basic Google profile information (name, email address, and profile picture).
• Purpose: This data is solely used to verify your identity, authenticate your session, and create your FYC member profile.
• Data Sharing: We do NOT share, transfer, or sell your Google user data to third-party AI models, data brokers, or advertising networks.
